BIG NEWS!

We are the proud new owners of a new (old) home in Lexington, Virginia!
We closed on the house yesterday. It still needs LOTS of work so expect to see plenty of before and after photos on the blog in the weeks (years) to come.

P.S. We are also still the owners of 40 Roman Way...
Just in case you know of anyone looking to buy a home in Lexington. :)

Happy Birthday, Cousin Thomas!

Dearest Cousin Thomas,
I will acknowledge that sometimes I live up to my
reputation as a pesky girl. However, I only
bother you because I love you so much! So, I will kindly
ask that now that I am outnumbered by you and baby
Jay, please be kind. :)
Hope you have a Happy Birthday!
Congrats on your new baby brother!
Love,
Claire

A Pinkalicious Weekend

Claire had a wonderful, sugar-filled visit to West Virginia this past weekend. It started with a Pinkalicious themed birthday party for 3-year-old Isabella, with pink cupcakes and strawberries. Then she wrapped up her weekend with a trip to the Shriners Circus in Charleston.
(Thanks for the tickets Sam!)
Of course, no circus is complete without
cotton candy and a snow cone
(both PINK of course.)
