While working on the landscaping at their new
camp, my parents made friends with the Cuban family who own the landscaping company.
Orlando invited us to a pig roast to celebrate the birth of his new grandson, Elijah. Claire had a blast! She tried some pork, black beans, rice and yuca,
based on cousin Thomas's recommendation.
She also rode a miniature pony, petted a three day old lamb and made lots of new friends!
